Doctor Bones' is Victoria’s own gospel-inspired blues fusion band. John and Gail Bones formed the band in 2007 and soon found its niche playing encouraging, blues-based music to Victoria’s homeless and marginalized. This initial work (and the band) has evolved and now its jazz, rock and funk-infused blues also encourages and entertains at Vancouver Island and Lower Mainland fairs, festivals, summer markets, fundraisers, prisons, music clubs and bars.
